In this painting, I sought to capture the fragile stillness that lives between fading day and approaching night. The small cabin, standing alone against a vast pink–to–blue sky, reflects a sense of solitude that feels both grounding and tender. The glowing turquoise tree became a symbol of a quiet inner spark—something gentle, persistent, and unafraid to shine even in darkness. As I worked, I felt this landscape turning into a meditation on silence, resilience, and the beauty of being alone without feeling lonely. Every brushstroke carries that calm moment when the world slows, color deepens, and you are finally able to hear your own breath.
