This Privacy Policy explains how Katolyk Art (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit artworks.katolyk.art (the “Site”). We keep data collection to a minimum and never sell your data.
Information we collect
You can browse the gallery without giving us any personal information. We collect data only when:
- You contact us. If you use the enquiry form or email us, we receive your name, email and message in order to reply.
- You make a purchase enquiry. To process a sale we may keep your name and contact details and the details of the work.
- Automatically. Like most sites, our hosting provider may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for security and to keep the Site running.
Cookies
We use a single functional cookie (region) to remember whether to show prices in US dollars or
Ukrainian hryvnia. It contains no personal information. If you enable social or analytics features (see below),
those providers may set their own cookies.
Third-party services
- Supabase — hosting of the database and images that power the gallery.
- Pinterest — we publish artwork to Pinterest and may use the Pinterest tag/Rich Pins. Pinterest may process data under its own privacy policy.
These providers process data only as needed to provide their service.
How we use information
To respond to enquiries, process and record sales, operate and secure the Site, and improve our work.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. To do so, contact us at the address below. If you are in the EU/EEA or Ukraine, you have rights under applicable data-protection law, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and sales records only as long as needed for the purpose above and to meet legal obligations.
